Job Description
1. Global Sourcing:
A. Source for new parts (new components, new processes, new material...) according to new project requirement; 根據(jù)新項(xiàng)目需求尋找合適供應(yīng)商；
B. Source for current parts for new/additional suppliers to improve Quality/Cost/Delivery performance. 基于質(zhì)量，成本，交付等需求提升的計(jì)劃產(chǎn)生的目前量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的本土化；
C.Understand the global market of the assigned products and know current and potential future suppliers for such products. 針對(duì)具體產(chǎn)品，了解該產(chǎn)品市場狀況及潛在供應(yīng)商狀況。
D. Understand developing technologies and manufacturing process of such products. 了解該產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工過程，工藝及相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；
E. Assessing potential new suppliers for technical, quality and manufacturing capabilities; 評(píng)估新供應(yīng)商技術(shù)，質(zhì)量，生產(chǎn)等能力；
F. Proven understanding and usage of APQP, Capability Studies, FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP; 良好的理解和應(yīng)用APQP，F(xiàn)MEA等工具；
2.Supplier Quality Management
A. Organize/Lead the Supplier Quality Management of the company; 組織/主導(dǎo)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理
B.Set up supplier quality goals, formulate the supplier quality policy and implement accordingly to realize the target. 建立供應(yīng)商管理目標(biāo)，制定供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理政策并付諸于實(shí)現(xiàn)；
C. Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and report quality metrics back to management. 管理供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量績效并報(bào)告給部門管理者；
D.To drive and motivate continuous quality, technical improvements among suppliers with regular supplier audits and performance reviews. 激勵(lì)，促使供應(yīng)商技術(shù)質(zhì)量水平的不斷提升，有計(jì)劃的審核供應(yīng)商；
E.Manage all aspects of supplier quality activities with solid technical background including expertise in following commodities;具備過硬的技術(shù)知識(shí)，在電線，塑膠件，沖壓件，線束有良好的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)去管理供應(yīng)商的一切質(zhì)量活動(dòng)；

2. Plastic/Rubber Molding/Forming parts
3. Stamping Parts;
4. Wire harness
F. Participate in new project development and give recommendation to development team.
參與新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段的供應(yīng)商選擇，評(píng)估，在新項(xiàng)目發(fā)展階段提供必要的協(xié)同工作；
G.Develop all necessary SQE documents include component qualification plan, supplier quality requirement and expectation, component reliability plan.etc, but not limited to this. 規(guī)范供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理文件包括相應(yīng)的零件認(rèn)可，質(zhì)量要求等，但不僅限于此。
H. Deal quality claim to suppliers and drive failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
處理供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題投訴的相關(guān)事宜；
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanicals, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.本科，機(jī)械，電子專業(yè)。
2.3+ years experience in global sourcing/quality or component engineering is required, automotive industry preferred 3年以上供應(yīng)商開發(fā)/質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),
3. Strong in supplier quality management with in-depth knowledge on modern quality techniques such as six sigma and statistical quality control methodology. 在供應(yīng)商管理方面有足夠的能力，并能熟練的將現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理工具6sigma及統(tǒng)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用到質(zhì)量控制中。
4.Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills is a MUST. A demonstrated ability to drive and deliver effective and timely solutions is important. 具備良好的分析，闡述，溝通能力及及時(shí)有效的解決方案；
5. Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages.良好的中英文溝通能力。
6. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 能獨(dú)立工作并能夠承受壓力；
7. Knowledge on DIN, GB, etc.具備DIN，GB等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識(shí)；
