- support to find the reason of break down, and take improvement measures.
- 幫助確定失效零件的真實(shí)原因，并建立整改措施。
- Train the underline and keep the maintenance effective；
- 發(fā)展并培訓(xùn)維修部門員工、有效地維護(hù)現(xiàn)有的與計(jì)劃的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施。
- monitor and follow the status of the underline.
- 監(jiān)督并跟蹤下屬的工作狀態(tài)及工作質(zhì)量。

Qualifications:
任職條件：
- Education background教育背景：College in Mechanical, Engineering and similar fields機(jī)械類專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷；

- Work experience相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：Above 3 years working experience on maintenance management.3年以上接插件行業(yè)的設(shè)備管理方面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

- Competencies required, certificates, training
對(duì)專業(yè)能力及相關(guān)證書、培訓(xùn)的要求:Good commend in English and computer skills.良好的英語讀寫能力和Office辦公軟件操作技能；

- Management skills （leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.） 管理技能如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通、團(tuán)對(duì)合作、影響力等:
a.Excellent communication skills；具有良好的溝通能力；
b.Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits；具有一定的計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、分析能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
